Any time you have a problem with physician acceptance of your insurance, or questions regarding a bill that normally would be covered, contact RetireeFirst at  1-855-236-7152.  Your call will be answered by a  staff  member and she/he will hear your problem. 

It would be handy to put the Retiree First  number - on your cell phone. If the physician you are seeing will not accept your insurance, you can contact Retiree First right from the doctor's office, and their staff will help you negotiate with the physician's staff.
